Finding Your Expression

Finding Your Expression

Classes using the arts to teach people of all ages to express their emotions.

It's not about ability, it's about expression.

We are now offering courses to give you an opportunity to express your own inner voice. We value the importance of everyone finding their own unique outlet to allow themselves to express all that is within them. The Expression Courses will give students an opportunity to learn how to use various art forms to create and express a variety of emotions.

Art is the vehicle... Expression is the destination.

Let me introduce myself, my name is Seantae Jackson. (You pronounce my first name Shawn-Tay) I am the owner, artist, and instructor of Finding Your Expression. I consider myself an outgoing, optimistic, kind of loud :) and kind of fun, kind of person! I deeply care for other people and love getting to know new people every day! I grew up in Salt Lake City and have lived in Cache Valley since 2002.

My wonderful husband and I have 5 amazing children. 9 year old twin boys, a 6 year old boy, and 3 year old boy/girl twins.  All 7 of us love the outdoors and spend our days off driving up a canyon for a hike, to go fishing, or to roast marshmallows. We love to camp and explore new places together!
